You can receive funding for your sustainability-related project that benefits campus operations by submitting a proposal below. Unsure about what kind of proposal to submit? You can submit a rough draft and work with someone in the Office of Sustainability on creating a full proposal!

Proposals should be submitted at least 8 days before scheduled meetings to be considered for the next meeting.

NOTE: If you have submitted a proposal for funding, you should receive a confirmation email and a calendar invite to attend the next scheduled meeting. If you do not receive a confirmation email or calendar invite, please send an email to sustainability@utk.edu and jayprice@utk.edu to follow up. Please plan to attend the next scheduled meeting and give a brief 2-3 minute presentation on your proposal and answer questions from the Green Fee Committee, officially called the Student Environmental Initiatives Committee (SEIC).
